Satsoas

5-DAY YOUTH FESTIVAL

21 - 25 August 2023

Satsoas is a highly anticipated event that aims to engage and empower young individuals in our community by addressing critical issues that impact their lives and the world around them. This year, our festival will focus on five significant themes: domestic violence, drug addiction, screen addiction, cultural heritage preservation and climate change.

We firmly believe that by raising awareness and fostering dialogue on these pressing concerns, we can inspire positive change and encourage young people to become proactive agents of transformation within their communities.

We have chosen Goals 3, 5, 11, and 13 from the UNSDGs for our youth festival because they address key areas relevant to young people. These goals promote good health, gender equality, sustainable cities, and climate action. By focusing on these goals, we aim to inspire youth to actively participate in creating a better future that is inclusive, healthy, and environmentally sustainable.

  • Goal 3 - DRUG ABUSE, SCREEN ADDICTION
  • Goal 5 - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
  • Goal 11 - PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE
  • Goal 13 - CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL

The festival will feature expert speakers, interactive sessions, panel discussions, cultural performances, and opportunities to engage in community initiatives. By participating, you will have the chance to learn from experts, connect with like-minded individuals, and become a catalyst for change. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot at this transformative event.
