Dr.Gousia Shah is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, South Campus University of Kashmir. With over 7 years of experience in academia she  specializes in  Financial Management and Entrepreneurship Development bringing a practical and research-driven approach to the classroom.

Dr. Gousia Shah holds a  Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Development  from University of Kashmir and has published in various scopus and UGC Care listed National and International journals .In addition to her academic and teaching experience, she has earned an MBA in Financial Management (MBA-FM) from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, enhancing her expertise in core financial principles and business strategy. Outside the classroom, she is actively involved in research, consultancy, and community development initiatives related to business and management.
