The South has a dispensary on campus to meet the first aid and routine medical requirements of the students free of cost. In the dispensary, the consultation is also provided to the members of faculty and staff of the institute. A pharmacist is avaialble 24X7 there to attend the students,faculty and staff.

The dispensary is equipped with over the counter medications, bed to rest in, medical equipments and first aid supplies.Campus also has Ambulance Service for hospitalization to staff & students in case of emergency.
