The Institute of Paramedical Sciences, University of Kashmir, South Campus, organized a one-day lecture on the topic "Tuberculosis - The Invincible Disease."
The session was delivered by Dr. Sanam Rasool Wani, Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, SKIMS, Soura. Dr. Wani provided an insightful presentation on the subject, shedding light on the prevalence, impact, and challenges associated with tuberculosis.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Ovais Zargar, Incharge of the Institute of Paramedical Sciences, who highlighted the importance of such educational initiatives in raising awareness about critical health issues.
The concluding remarks were delivered by Prof. Waseem Bari, Director of the South Campus, who expressed gratitude to Dr. Wani for her enlightening lecture. Prof. Bari also extended his appreciation to the Institute of Paramedical Sciences for organizing such an important event.
