The Department of Education, South Campus, University of Kashmir organized a special guest lecture on Tuesday 13th June 2017 focusing on Educational Research in Contemporary Context at the Library Auditorium of South Campus.
Professor Farida Abdulla Khan (Former Dean & Head Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University New Delhi as guest speaker deliberated upon contemporary issues in educational research. Interacting with the students, Prof. Khan highlighted the need and importance of educational research to be relevant and applicable to address the problems and issues in present educational system.
Dr Ashfaq Zarri, Director South Campus while speaking at the concluding session, reiterated the initiatives that are in pipeline for uplifting the academic profile of the campus.
