The Department of Management Studies organized a guest lecture on the theme “Managing Oneself” by Prof Parvaiz Talib on 28th March, 2018. Prof Parvaiz Talib is currently Dean and Chairman, Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Aligarh Muslim University. Prof Talib is known for his expertise in developing the soft skills and overall personality of the students to fit in the Corporate World.
The guest lecture was aimed at helping the students to recognize their strengths and weakness and develop strategies for their bright future accordingly. Participants from the department of management studies were involved in various group and individual activities. The session was quite interactive and helped the students to learn about the strategies to overcome their weaknesses and build upon their strengths.
