A one-day workshop on "Creating dynamic websites using Drupal" was organized by Department of Computer Science, South Campus in collaboration with IAC Software Solutions. Director of the campus Prof. (Dr.) Bashir Ahmad Nehvi delivered inaugural speech and declared the workshop open.
A demonstration of the newly designed website of the campus was given by Mr. Muzaen Malik (Programmer) and Mr. Waseem Bhat (Assistant Programmer). The design and features of the new website were widely hailed by the worthy Director and all the faculty members.
Mr. Waleed Qureshi, Managing Director, IAC Software Solutions introduced various features of Drupal CMS. Mr Mudasir Muhammed (Assistant Professor) discussed various innovative features for academic website. Mr. Hillal Ahmed Khanday and Mr. Mohsin Altaf Wani emphasized on the need of migrating from current conventional technologies to new and inquisitive ones dominating the trendsetter IT markets.
The workshop proceedings were conducted by Mr. Abid Hussein Wani Academic Coordinator Department of Computer Science.
