The Department of Management Studies organized an Industrial Visit to Lassipora Industrial Estate, Pulwama, on 6th October 2025 for MBA students as part of their experiential learning and industry exposure program.
The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application by providing students firsthand insight into industrial operations, supply chain processes, and entrepreneurial practices. Students interacted with key industry professionals and gained valuable exposure to production management, quality control mechanisms, and business strategies employed by leading enterprises within the estate.
The visit also fostered an understanding of industrial development in Jammu and Kashmir, emphasizing the role of MSMEs and entrepreneurship in regional economic growth. Faculty members accompanied the students, ensuring that academic learning was effectively integrated with field-based observations.
