The Physical examination of B. Sc Nursing student’s 1 st batch 2017 was held in the month of December 2017 in the Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences- South Campus (University of Kashmir) Fatehgarh Anantnag. During the physical examination the complete head to toe examination was conducted which included the basic vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) Anthropometric measures , Random blood sugar, and vision test was also done by the experts within the institute.
